| Energy saving lamp production line processes lighting tubes through
tube cutting M/C, tube bending M/C, washing & coating M/C etc. 1 Tube cutting machine cuts glass tubes into different desired specifications automatically. 2 Bending machine is used for automatic tube shaping, capable of tube changing, heating, shaping and annealing, etc. 3 Washing and coating machine serves for coating fluorescent slurry on the inner face of tubes in order to form an uniform coverage of fluorescent powder. 4 End cleaning machine is used to clean the inner face of tubes with diameter of ¦µ7.2-¦µ12MM. 5 Baking machine dries glass tube after washing process to expel remained water on the inner face. 6 The glass tubes are placed on the sealing heads of the sealing machine as mounts are fed into the machine from the other side. The mounts are automatically placed in the proper position before they are heat sealed to the tubes. 7 Facing machine cuts and grinds the sealing section of tubes. 8 Fusion machine can automatically handle tube changing, drilling, air distribution, fusion, etc. 9 Exhausting machine automatically evacuates the sealed fluorescent lamp, injects it with mercury, fills it with argon gas and activates the cathode. 10 Aging machine is designed to age randomly selected lamps to determine if any of them may be defective. The tubes are fed into the machine and all other operations are automatic. Universal ballast units are built into every head. Changeover from one size of lamp to another size is fast and simple. |
